a. To register you as a user and enter you in the event.The Data Controller for your data for the aforementioned purposes is SPORT LIFE IBÉRICA S.A.U. itself (tax ID number A-82090952, registered office at calle Nestares 20, 28045 Madrid, Spain, telephone 913470100 and email internet@slib.es).

b. To manage your participation in the Event , for which your data will be communicated to the organiser thereof, namely SPORT LIFE IBÉRICA S.A.U. A82090952 C/ Nestares, 20. MADRID 28045. internet@slib.es, for all purposes included in the Event Regulations; and, in particular, to publish your full name, photographs and videos of you in the classifications and/or participant lists of the Event, during the THREE MONTHS following the date on which the Event is held, as well as to capture or record your image during the Event and the moments before and after it, in any photographic or video material.

c. To promote the Event by any visual or audiovisual means, including the internet and social media, which may involve the dissemination of your participation in it.Such dissemination may be carried out by:

c.1 SPORT LIFE IBÉRICA S.A.U. (tax ID number A-82090952, registered office at calle Nestares 20, 28045 Madrid, Spain, telephone 913470100 and email internet@slib.es), organiser of the Event, in order to promote the Event itself and future editions thereof or other similar Events organised by SPORT LIFE IBÉRICA S.A.U., for informational or advertising purposes, until such time as you revoke your consent and, in any case, without compensation.

c.2 Where applicable, by the main sponsors of the Event, in association with their respective registered trademarks AND IN DIRECT CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT, for informational or advertising purposes,using panoramic images or videos for this purpose, during the three months following the date on which the Event is held or until you revoke your consent, if you do so before said period expires, and, in any case, without compensation. Such main sponsors of the Event, to whom SPORT LIFE IBÉRICA S.A.U. will communicate your personal data for processing for the stated purposes, are: Central Lechera Asturiana (Corporación Alimentaria Peñasanta S.A., tax ID number A-03161270 and registered office at Sierra de Granda, s/n,  33199 Siero, Asturias); Oysho (Oysho España S.A., tax ID number A-15026347 and registered office at Avda. de la Diputación, Edificio Inditex, 15143 Arteixo, A Coruña); and Banco Santander (Grupo Santander, entity registered with the Bank of Spain under registration number 0049, tax ID number A-39000013 and registered office at Paseo de Pereda 9-12, 39004 Santander)

If you revoke the consent you are now granting, your personal data will cease to be processed and will be blocked and archived for the time necessary to deal with any legal claims. 

d. To analyse your personal datafor market research and electronic marketing purposes, in order to send you advertising information about products and services of the organiser (SPORT LIFE IBÉRICA S.A.U. A82090952 C/ Nestares, 20. MADRID 28045. internet@slib.es), of SPORT LIFE IBÉRICA S.A.U. and of the event sponsors: Central Lechera Asturiana (Corporación Alimentaria Peñasanta, S.A., tax ID number A-03161270 and located at Sierra de Granda, s/n, postcode 33.199, Siero, Asturias); Oysho (OYSHO ESPAÑA, S.A., A-15026347, with registered office at Avda. de la Diputación, Edificio Inditex, 15143, Arteixo (A Coruña)); and Banco Santander (Grupo Santander, entity registered with the Bank of Spain under registration number 0049, with registered office in Santander, Paseo de Pereda, 9-12 and tax ID number A-39000013) or about products and services of third parties in the sectors of Telecommunications, Finance, Insurance, Leisure, Beauty, Fashion and Accessories, FMCG, Retail, Education and Culture, Sport, Automotive, Energy and Water, NGOs, Toys, Travel, Health, Public and Private Services, and Gambling; all of this in both conventional and electronic formats, including, among other means, instant messaging.

Withdrawal of consent.- We will process your data for as long as you do not withdraw the consent that you are now granting us, which withdrawal you may make at any time, with immediate effect, by writing by post to the registered office of SPORT LIFE IBÉRICA S.A.U., calle Nestares 20, 28045 Madrid, Spain, or via the email address protecciondatos@slib.es, or via the web form available here. Likewise, and with regard only to the instant messaging channel, you may unsubscribe by replying with the word “unsubscribe” to any message you receive. If you withdraw your consent before the date of the Event, you should be aware that this will result in your immediate withdrawal from it, and you will not be able to participate unless you complete the entire registration process again. And if such participation is subject to payment of an entry fee, the amount thereof will only be refunded to you if you notify your withdrawal from the Event at least thirty days before the date on which it is held.

Exercise of rights.- To exercise your rights of access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing thereof, to obtain a copy of the data or to exercise your right to data portability, you must write by post to the registered office of SPORT LIFE IBÉRICA S.A.U., calle Nestares 20, 28045 Madrid, Spain, or via the email address protecciondatos@slib.es, or via the web form available here.

Retention of your personal data.- SPORT LIFE IBÉRICA S.A.U. has adopted the corresponding security measures for the retention and safeguarding of your personal data, and has appointed a Data Protection Officer, despite not being required to do so, whom you may contact at the registered office of SPORT LIFE IBÉRICA S.A.U., calle Nestares 20, 280455 Madrid, Spain or via the email address dpo@slib.es.

Possibility of lodging complaints with the AEPD.- In any case, we expressly remind you that you have the right to lodge any complaints you deem appropriate with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es), headquartered in Madrid, calle de Jorge Juan 6 (postcode 28001), or with the equivalent bodies of the Autonomous Communities.
