The Women's Race will have this year a new ally committed to health and an active lifestyle. The European campaign ‘Good Move From Europe’, promoted by the Interprofessional Association of Lemon and Grapefruit (AILIMPO) in Spain, joins as the official sponsor of the Madrid and Zaragoza events in the 2026 edition to continue encouraging small habits that help improve both people’s daily lives and their future.
‘Good Move From Europe’ promotes adopting good habits in a very simple and realistic way, combining a balanced diet with regular physical activity. Under this philosophy, it especially encourages young people to introduce progressive changes in their daily routine that help them feel better and lead a more active life.
Participation in the Women's Race reinforces this message, as it has become one of the major events on the sports and social calendar in Spain, bringing together thousands of participants every year who share the same energy: moving, enjoying, and taking care of themselves.
In addition, ‘Good Move From Europe’ focuses on balanced nutrition, using fruits and vegetables as ideal examples to follow a varied and healthy diet.
Therefore, the Runner's Expo in Madrid and Zaragoza will feature an information booth to bring participants closer to the goals of the campaign and continue inspiring healthy habits.
All information about the initiative, as well as tips on wellness, balanced nutrition, and healthy recipes, can also be found on the campaign website and on the official Instagram profile @goodmove_es.
