ARTICLE 1. NAME

18th Sevilla Women’s Run “Central Lechera Asturiana” 2025.

It will be the ninth and final race of the 21st Central Lechera Asturiana Women’s Run Series. It will be organized by the Events Department of SPORT LIFE magazine of the SPORT LIFE Ibérica S.A group, with the collaboration of the IMD of the Sevilla City Council.

ARTICLE 2. DATES, TIME AND REGISTRATION DEADLINES

Approx. 6.4 km race to be held on Sunday, November 23, 2025 in the city of Sevilla, starting at 10:00 a.m. The maximum time to complete the course will be 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Registration will close once 7,500 participants have been reached.

ARTICLE 3. PARTICIPATION. Registration exclusively for women.

All women over 8 years old who wish to participate may take part in this race, as long as they are correctly registered, both in time and form.

PARTICIPATION IN THE RACE WITHOUT THE OFFICIAL BIB IS FORBIDDEN.
 
ARTICLE 4. DISTANCE AND COURSE.

The race will take place on an approximately 6.4 km course, entirely urban.

START: CALLE DE LA RÁBIDA / FINISH: CALLE DE LA RÁBIDA.

ARTICLE 5. REGISTRATION.

Registration fee: €13.95 (VAT and Deporticket management fees included) from Wednesday, September 17 to Sunday, November 16 at 11:59 p.m.). €14.95 from Monday, November 17 to Friday, November 21 at 12:00 p.m. or until the 7,500 entries sell out. Fees will be paid at the time of registration on the race website (www.carreradelamujer.com).

There will also be 50 charity bibs at €20.95 each (full donation) benefiting AMAMA Sevilla.

If you are a group of 20 or more women, send an email to carreradelamujer@slib.es and we will provide you with a group registration method.

We offer the option of home delivery of the bib (peninsula only), along with the T-shirt and goody bag; subject to payment of shipping costs at the time of registration (€5.45 for individual shipping, and €7.45 for group shipping of two or three members). They can only be shipped to runners who register before November 6 at 11:59 p.m.

Once registration has been completed, the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, except if the race is suspended by municipal or health authorities.

ARTICLE 6. COLLECTION OF T-SHIRT, BIB-CHIP AND RUNNER’S BAG.

The T-shirts, bib-chip and runner’s bag will be handed out at:

It is essential to present the registration receipt or ID.

NOTE: T-shirt sizes will be handed out strictly in order of bib-chip collection. The organization does not guarantee that all participants will receive the requested T-shirt size, as production takes place prior to the opening of registration.

ARTICLE 8. CHIPS.

As in the 2024 edition, the timing chip is attached to the bib and does not need to be collected or returned on race day. Only the chip provided by the organization may be used, and it does not need to be returned after finishing the race. Do not remove it from the bib to ensure proper timing.

ARTICLE 9. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE.

The Organization will have a service of evacuation and fully equipped ambulances, as well as a specialized medical team available to the runners. The ambulances will be present along the course, at the start and at the finish line.

ARTICLE 10. RESULTS, PHOTOS AND VIDEOS.

The unofficial general results, as well as a large gallery of photos of participants crossing the finish line, will be published on the website www.carreradelamujer.com. Team rankings will be determined by adding the times of all team members.

ARTICLE 11. DISQUALIFICATIONS.

The race medical service and the referees are authorized to remove during the event:
 
1. Any runner showing poor physical condition.
 
2. Any runner who does not complete the full course.
 
3. Any runner who displays unsportsmanlike behavior.

ARTICLE 12. VEHICLES.

The only vehicles authorized to follow the race are those designated and accredited by the Organization. It is strictly forbidden to follow the runners by car, motorcycle or bicycle, due to the danger it could pose to the athletes.

ARTICLE 13. PRIZES AND TROPHIES.

Trophies will be awarded to the top three runners in each category. At the time of the awards ceremony, the organization may request proof of membership from winning teams (in company, gym and association categories). Family record books may also be requested from winners in family categories, as well as ID for age-group categories.

ARTICLE 14. ACCIDENT INSURANCE.

All participants will be covered by a Collective Accident and Civil Liability Insurance policy contracted by the organization. Excluded are those derived from latent conditions, recklessness, negligence, failure to observe laws, etc. Also excluded are incidents occurring during travel to/from the race location.

Participants must follow at all times the instructions given by the Organization through volunteers, staff, referees, accredited personnel or the official PA system. Each runner participates in the Women’s Run under her own responsibility and declares that she has a sufficient fitness level to undertake the race. The Organization recommends that all runners undergo a medical check-up and/or stress test before taking part. The Organization declines all responsibility for any damages participants may suffer or cause to third parties in the hours following their participation in the race.

ARTICLE 15. ACCEPTANCE AND DATA PROTECTION.

If You check the box that appears in the registration, you will be declaring: (i) that you are over 16 years old; (ii) that the information you have provided to us during the registration and/or sign‑up process is truthful; (iii) that you unconditionally accept the Event Rules, the terms and conditions stated in the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy whose links appear, in addition to here, at the bottom of this website; and (iv) that you are giving us your express consent for your personal data (name, surname, username, password, email, postal address, phone number, gender and date of birth) to be processed by SPORT LIFE IBÉRICA S.A.U. (CIF A-82090952, registered office at calle Nestares 20, 28045 Madrid, Spain, phone 913470100 and email sportlife-iberica@slib.es) for the following purposes:

  1. Register you as a user and sign you up for the event. The Data Controller of your data for the indicated purposes is the same SPORT LIFE IBÉRICA S.A.U. (CIF A-82090952, registered office at calle Nestares, 20, 28045 Madrid, Spain, phone 913470100 and email sportlife-iberica@slib.es).
  2. Manage your participation in the event, for which your data will be communicated to the organizer of the event, which is Sport Life-Ibérica S.A.U. A82090952 C/ Nestares, 20. MADRID 28045. sportlife-iberica@slib.es, for all purposes included in the Event Rules; and, in particular, to publish your name and surname in the rankings and/or participant lists of the Event, for capturing or recording your image during the Event, and the moments before and after it, in any photographic or videographic material.

Distribute your participation in the event, through the publication of the rankings and/or participant lists and their image, for any purposes, expressly including advertising purposes, without time limit, and without compensation, by any visual or audiovisual means, including the internet, by SPORT LIFE IBÉRICA S.A.U. (CIF A-82090952, registered office at calle Nestares, 20, 28045 Madrid, Spain, phone 913470100 and email SPORT LIFE-iberica@slib.es) and the Event organizer (Sport Life-Ibérica S.A.U. MADRID 28045. sportlife-iberica@slib.es) and/or the main sponsors of the Event: Central Lechera Asturiana (Corporación Alimentaria Peñasanta, S.A., with CIF A-03161270 and located at Sierra de Granda, s/n, CP 33.199, Siero, Asturias); Oysho (OYSHO ESPAÑA, S.A., A-15026347, with registered office at Avda. de la Diputación, Edificio Inditex, 15143, Arteixo (A Coruña); and Banco Santander (Grupo Santander, entity registered with the Bank of Spain under registration number 0049, with registered office in Santander, Paseo de Pereda, 9-12 and CIF A-39000013), for which your data will be communicated to these companies. Your personal data will be kept until you revoke the consent you now grant; and, from that moment, they will be blocked and archived for the time necessary to deal with any legal claim.

Likewise, regarding the instant messaging channel only, you may unsubscribe from it by replying with the word “unsubscribe” to any message you receive. In the event that you withdraw your consent before the date of the Event, you should know that this will result in your immediate withdrawal from the Event, and you will not be able to participate unless you complete the entire registration process again. And if such participation is subject to the payment of a registration fee, the amount will only be refunded if you notify your withdrawal from the Event at least thirty days before the event date.

Exercise of rights.- To exercise the rights available to you, to access your data, rectify, delete or limit their processing, obtain a copy of the data or exercise the right to portability of these, you must contact by post the registered office of SPORT LIFE IBÉRICA S.A.U., calle Nestares, 20, 28045 Madrid, Spain, or via the email address protecciondatos@slib.es, or through the web form available here.

Retention of your personal data.- SPORT LIFE IBERICA S.A.U. has adopted the corresponding security measures for the preservation and protection of your personal data, and has appointed a Data Protection Officer, despite not being obliged to do so, who you may contact at the registered office of SPORT LIFE IBÉRICA S.A.U., calle Nestares, 20, 28045 Madrid, Spain or via the email address dpo@slib.es.

Whatever the reason for the termination of the processing of your personal data, we will retain your data duly blocked and archived to meet possible legal liabilities, for a maximum period of five years.

Possibility of filing complaints before the AEPD.- In any case, we expressly remind you that you have the right to file any complaints you deem appropriate before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es), headquartered in Madrid, calle de Jorge Juan 6 (CP 28001), or before the equivalent bodies of the Autonomous Communities.

ARTICLE 16 WITHDRAWALS.

If you must withdraw from the race, the runner must inform a race official.
