Regulations of the XII Women's Race of A Coruña “Central Lechera Asturiana”

ARTICLE 1. NAME

XII A Coruña Women’s Race “Central Lechera Asturiana”.

It will be the sixth race of the XXI Central Lechera Asturiana Women’s Race Circuit. It will be organized by the SPORTING EVENTS department of the Sport Life Ibérica, S.A. group, with the collaboration of the A Coruña City Hall.

ARTICLE 2. DATE, TIME AND ENTRY FEE

This is a 6.3 km race that will take place on Sunday, September 28, 2025, in the city of A Coruña, starting at 10:00. The maximum time to complete the course will be 1 hour and 30 minutes. The entry fee is €13.95 (VAT and Deporticket management fees included) and €14.95 during the final week.

ARTICLE 3. PARTICIPATION. Registration exclusively for women.

All women aged 8 and over may take part in this race, provided they are correctly registered, both in time and form.

ARTICLE 4. DISTANCE AND COURSE.

The race will be held on a fully urban course of approximately 6.3 kilometers. The start and finish line will be on Avda. de Buenos Aires, next to the Riazor Sports Complex.

ARTICLE 6. REGISTRATION

Registration fee: €13.95 (includes VAT and Deporticket management fees), from Thursday, July 24 until Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 23:59. It will be €14.95 from Monday, September 22 until Friday, September 26 at 11:00; or until the 7,500 available race bibs are sold out. Payment must be made at the time of registration on the race website: www.carreradelamujer.com.

There will also be 50 charity race bibs at €20.95 each (full donation) in aid of ACADAR.

If you are a group of 20 or more women, send an email to carreradelamujer@slib.es and we will provide you with a group registration method.

No registrations will be accepted on race day.

We offer the option of home delivery of the race bib, T-shirt and goody bag; subject to payment of shipping costs when registering (€5.45 for individual shipping and €7.45 for group shipping within mainland Spain). They can only be sent to runners who register before Thursday, September 11 at 23:59.

Once registration is completed, the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, except if the race is cancelled by municipal or health authorities.

ARTICLE 7. T-SHIRT, BIB-CHIP AND RUNNER’S BAG PICK-UP.

The expo will be held at Palexco, Muelle de Trasatlánticos, s/n. Friday, September 26 from 16:00 to 20:00 and Saturday, September 27 from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.

It is essential to present the printed registration confirmation email sent by the organization, your ID or the registration receipt at pick-up. A digital version is also valid (PDF on your phone or photo of the ID of the registered participant and all participants).

NOTE: T-shirt sizes will be handed out strictly in order of bib-chip collection. The organization cannot guarantee the requested T-shirt size for all participants, as production takes place before registration opens.

ARTICLE 8. BIB-CHIP.

The chip is disposable and is provided with the bib, as it is attached to the back of it. All participants must wear the chip on the bib, which must be placed on the chest. You must run with the bib/chip in order to establish age group and team rankings for all runners.

ARTICLE 9. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE.

The Organization will have evacuation ambulances and mobile ICU units, with a specialized medical service available to runners, at least in the number required by law and the competent authorities. The ambulances will be located along the course, at the start and at the finish line.

ARTICLE 10. RESULTS AND PHOTOS.

The unofficial general results, as well as many photos of participants crossing the finish line, will be published on the website www.carreradelamujer.com. Team rankings will be determined by adding the finish times of all team members.

ARTICLE 11. DISQUALIFICATIONS.

The competition’s medical service and race judges are authorized to withdraw from the race:

  1. Any athlete showing poor physical condition.
  2. Any athlete who does not complete the full course.
  3. Any athlete who behaves in an unsportsmanlike manner.

ARTICLE 12. VEHICLES.

The only vehicles authorized to follow the race are those designated and accredited by the Organization. It is strictly forbidden to follow the runners by car, motorcycle or bicycle, due to the danger it may pose to the athletes.

ARTICLE 13. AWARDS AND GIFTS.

Trophies will be awarded to the top three finishers in each category. At the awards ceremony, the organization may request winning teams (in the company, gym and association categories) to present proof of membership. Family record books may also be requested for winners in family categories, as well as ID for age group categories.

ARTICLE 14. RESPONSIBILITY.

Participation in the event is under the responsibility and at the own risk of the participants. Upon registering, the participant states that she is physically fit for the event. The organization declines all responsibility for any damages that participants may cause or that may derive from them to third parties during the race.

ARTICLE 15. ACCEPTANCE.

By registering, participants give their consent for Sport Life Ibérica, S.A, and the main sponsors of the Women’s Race (Central Lechera Asturiana, Oysho, Banco Santander), either themselves or through third parties, to automatically process their personal data for exclusively sporting, promotional or commercial purposes. In accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, the participant has the right to access these files in order to rectify or cancel their content, in whole or in part. To do so, a written request must be sent to Sport Life Ibérica, S.A. Eventos Sport Life, C/Nestares, 20, 28045 – Madrid). Likewise, and in accordance with the sporting, promotional, distribution and exploitation interests of the Women’s Race, registrants expressly and without time limit authorize Sport Life Ibérica, Central Lechera Asturiana, Oysho and Banco Santander to use photos, videos and any other type of photographic or audiovisual material in which they may appear, accepting the publication of my name in the race results, in the media, cinema and/or Internet, without expecting any compensation for this.

ARTICLE 17. RESOLUTION OF DOUBTS.
