On September 27, Termaria Casa del Agua, Ballet Fit® and Zumba® will offer us more than an hour of music and the best workout in the finish area.

After crossing the finish line, all participants will be able to enjoy the traditional Aerobics and Fitness festival of the A Coruña Women's Race. The stage will be located on Avda. de Buenos Aires, next to the Riazor Sports Complex, and from 11:00 a.m. onwards there will be music, dance and workout sessions prepared by the instructors from Termaria Casa del Agua, Ballet Fit® and Zumba®.

Right after the awards ceremony for the overall category, the show will begin with the Central Lechera Asturiana warm-up session led by the instructors from Termaria Casa del Agua. Immediately afterwards we will enjoy a LATINO session, a discipline that combines different rhythms through simple and fun choreographies.

At 11:30 a.m. the Zumba® demo arrives with Lucía, María, Eve, Ana and Natalia to keep dancing non-stop. Zumba® is a global lifestyle brand that fuses fitness, entertainment and culture into an exciting dance workout. Zumba® classes combine upbeat global rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography to provide effective full-body workouts. Founded in 2001, the company is now the largest fitness program in the world with 15 million people in more than 185 countries.

At 11:45 a.m. Alejandra Vidal will take center stage with BalletFit®, a style that fuses classical dance technique with fitness, working on strength, coordination, toning, balance and flexibility, involving the whole body in cardiovascular exercises to the rhythm of the music.

And finally, at 12:00 p.m., the instructors from Termaria Casa del Agua return with AEROTONO, a fitness discipline that combines aerobic exercises with muscle toning exercises.

See you on Sunday, September 27 at the Aerobics and Fitness Festival of the Central Lechera Asturiana Women's Race of A Coruña!
