Enjoy live over an hour of music and the best workout in person with the VivaGym, Ballet Fit® and Zumba® instructors.

The Central Lechera Asturiana Women’s Race arrives in Barcelona. And next to the finish line, on Passeig Lluís Companys, the Aerobics and Fitness festival will take place. Starting at 10:30 a.m., all participants will be able to enjoy live music, dance and workout sessions that the instructors have prepared for the event in Barcelona.

But before that, the finish line show will kick off at 10:00 a.m. with a performance by Team D’Luxe. For several years they have participated and performed in some of the races in the circuit and have composed the official #marerosa song, “El ritmo de tu corazón” which you can download for free HERE.

In 2009 they decided to turn the DJ booth around and take it to another level, creating a unique and very versatile concept, where Evelyn, Babilon and JaviDlux combine their voices, performing medleys and mashups within a DJ session featuring the biggest music hits. Plus, if you mix great talent, their passion for music and overflowing energy... you end up dancing and singing no matter what.

At 10:20 a.m. the awards ceremony for the overall winners will take place and then the fitness festival will begin with the Central Lechera Asturiana warm-up led by Pitu Sitges who, together with their team, will continue with a SH’BAM™ session that combines simple and sexy dance moves, perfect for those looking to get in shape, learn to dance and unleash the artist inside.

At 10:50 a.m. the instructors from VivaGym take the stage with a V-Fight session, an explosive cardio workout inspired by a wide variety of martial arts. During the class, you will throw punches, kicks, knees and elbows into the air, following dynamic combinations to the beat of powerful music. There is no contact, just an energetic fight against your own limits.

Right after, we will enjoy a Zumba® session with Mariana Morali. Zumba® is a global lifestyle brand that merges fitness, entertainment and culture in an exciting dance workout. Zumba® classes combine upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, providing effective full-body workouts. At 11:20 a.m. Raquel Fernández and Inma Linares from Ballet Fit® will take the stage with a session that merges classical dance technique with fitness, working strength, coordination, toning, balance and flexibility, involving the whole body in cardio exercises to the rhythm of the music.

Pitu Sitges and their teammates will wrap up with ten minutes of stretching to cool down together.

And at 12:00 p.m.… Team D’Luxe returns to the stage to bring the party to a close before the awards ceremony for the remaining categories.
