Regulations for the Women’s Race “Central Lechera Asturiana” Valencia 2026

It will be the fourth event of the XXII Women’s Race Circuit “Central Lechera Asturiana”. It will be organized by the Sports Events Area of Sport Life Ibérica, S.A.U., in collaboration with the City Council of València.

SCHEDULE

It will take place on Sunday, June 7, 2026 starting at 09:00 in the city of València. The maximum time to complete the course will be 95 minutes.

PARTICIPATION (REGISTRATION EXCLUSIVE FOR WOMEN)

All women over 8 years old who wish to take part may do so, as long as they are properly registered, both in time and form.

PARTICIPATION IN THE RACE WITHOUT THE OFFICIAL BIB IS PROHIBITED.

DISTANCE AND COURSE

5 km course with Start on Avenida Ingeniero Manuel Soto (in front of the Tinglados) and Finish on Calle Jose Ballester Gozalvo, between IES Isabel de Villena and the Paseo Marítimo. Course still to be confirmed.

REGISTRATION

Registration fee: €13.95 (VAT and management fees included) from Tuesday April 7 to Sunday March 23 at 23:59. From Monday June 1 at 00:01 and until Friday June 5 at 11:00 the price will be €14.95. Fees will be paid at the moment of signing up on the race website and until the 10,000 available entries are filled.

There will be 100 charity bibs at €20.95 (full donation) in aid of the ALANNA association (http://www.alanna.org.es/). ALANNA is a non-profit organization created in 2002, aiming to achieve an equal society and the inclusion of women in situations of severe vulnerability. It is made up of professionals, mostly women, trained in social intervention and committed to the social inclusion of the most vulnerable women in our society: victims of gender-based violence and ethnic minorities.

In addition, in the 2026 edition, the organization will donate €1 from each registration to Fundació Horta Sud to continue supporting those affected by the DANA in the Valencian Community (more information at fundaciohortasud.org).

No registrations will be accepted on race day.

We offer the option to send the bib, T-shirt, and runner’s bag to the participant’s home, upon payment of the shipping costs (€5.45 individual shipment, and €7.45 group shipment for two or three people). They can only be sent to women who register before Friday May 15 at 23:59 or until the available shipping quota is exhausted. Shipments are only made within mainland Spain.

Once registration is completed, the amount paid will not be refunded, except if the race is suspended by municipal or health authorities.

COLLECTION OF T-SHIRT, BIB-CHIP AND RUNNER’S BAG

Friday June 5 from 16:00 to 20:00 and Saturday June 6 from 10:00 to 20:00 at FERIA VALENCIA, PAVILION 7. LEVEL 2 (Avda. de las Ferias s/n, 46035 – Benimamet, Valencia).

NOTE: T-shirt sizes will be handed out strictly in order of bib-chip pickup. The organization does not guarantee being able to provide all participants with the requested T-shirt size, since production is carried out before registration opens.

CHIP COLLECTION

As in the 2025 edition, the timing chip is already integrated in the bib and there will be no need to collect or return it on race day. Only the chip provided by the organization may be used and it does not need to be returned after the race.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

The organization will have ambulances and a specialized medical service available for the runners. Ambulances will be present along the course, at the start, and at the finish.

The unofficial general results, as well as a selection of race photos, will be published on the website www.carreradelamujer.com

DISQUALIFICATIONS

The competition’s medical service and referees are authorized to remove from the race:

Any athlete showing poor physical condition.

Any athlete who does not complete the full course.

Any athlete who displays unsportsmanlike behavior.

VEHICLES

The only vehicles authorized to follow the race are those designated and accredited by the Organization. It is strictly forbidden to follow the runners by car, motorcycle, or bicycle, due to the danger it may pose to the athletes.

BAGGAGE CHECK

The baggage check will be located in the finish area, next to the Isabel de Villena Institute. It will be operational from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

AWARDS AND TROPHIES

Trophies will be awarded to the top three in each category. At the time of the awards ceremony, the organization may request the winning teams (in the company, gym, and association categories) to provide a certificate of membership. The family record book may also be requested from winners in family categories, as well as ID for age-group categories.

ACCIDENT INSURANCE

All participants will be covered by a Collective Accident and Civil Liability Insurance contracted by the organization. Excluded will be those derived from a latent condition, recklessness, negligence, non-observance of the law, etc. Also excluded are those caused by travel to and/or from the place where the race takes place.

Participants must follow at all times the indications given by the Organization through volunteers, staff, officials, accredited personnel or the official PA system. Each runner takes part in the Carrera de la Mujer under her own responsibility and declares that she has a sufficient level of fitness to take on the race. The Organization recommends that all runners undergo a medical check‑up and/or a stress test before starting. The Organization declines all responsibility for any damages that participants may suffer or cause to third parties in the hours following their participation in the race.

ACCEPTANCE

All participants, by completing their registration, accept these regulations and, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data of natural persons (GDPR), give their consent for the processing of the personal data provided through their registration as well as their image within the race for the purposes of the organization, development and promotion of the event, and for sporting, promotional or commercial purposes. These data will be incorporated into a file owned by Sport Life Ibérica, S.A.U., registered in the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We inform you that you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition established in said Law through a written request addressed to the registered office of Sport Life Ibérica, S.A.U., C/ Nestares, 20, 28045 - Madrid.
