Enjoy a morning of physical activity, relaxation and prevention at the Gran Canaria Women's Race.

We will start at 10.45h with Dr. Virginia Benito Reyes, gynecologic oncologist at Hospitales Universitarios San Roque. With her we will learn how to perform a self-exam for breast cancer prevention and listen to her advice on taking care of our health in this area.

Next, at 11.00h, Yolanda Vázquez, Director of YogaFit magazine, will teach a yoga class to improve physical, mental and emotional health. The Saturday plan you need after a week of work.

It is essential to bring a mat and a jacket or warm clothing to cover up during the final relaxation.
