#MasQueUnaMuñeca offers all the runners of the Women’s Race the opportunity to take part in the process of social and workplace inclusion for women who have survived different forms of gender-based violence.

This fabric doll-shaped pin, available in a wide variety of models, is a piece of social and ethical merchandise of which nearly 13,000 units have been sold, making it possible for women survivors of gender-based violence to access a job opportunity in each of the 8 cities of the circuit.

Together with Wanawake Mujer and with the collaboration of Fundación Solidaridad Amaranta  and other social entities, located in the cities we visit (Asociación Clara Campoamor, ONG Mestura, Fundación Ana Bella, etc.) we want to send a clear message: the path toward equality and access to opportunities for women survivors is easier if we all come together. #MasQueUnaMuñeca is the symbol of our unity, a doll that speaks of us, of them, of all of us, to achieve a more equitable and fairer society in which women, in addition to participating, see our efforts and rights recognized.

To show what we are capable of accomplishing together, we want to share the results we have achieved over these 8 years, in which more than 50 women have had access to a job opportunity that, for many of them, has been the first in our country. But behind every number there is a name and a life, and this opportunity represents for many a boost in their recovery process; for others, it is an experience in their résumé and something new compared with the jobs they had performed until then; and for all of them, one more step in their social and workplace inclusion, allowing them to realize that they continue to be important in our society.

THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT POSSIBLE!
